Delivery times may vary, but when you place an order with us, we will ship based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Once we ship your order, you will be notified via e-mail. Delivery time may be affected by weekends or holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order information and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.
Backorder Items
Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally inventory may be on backorder. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 3 business days after the item is back in stock.
Please Note: Depending on the contents of your order, you may receive it in multiple shipments. You will receive an e-mail notification as your order is shipped and your credit card will be charged as your items are shipped. If your order includes in-stock and backorder items, some of the contents of your order may be delayed.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is 2 to 3 business days.
Overnight Delivery
Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 12 noon PST Monday-Friday are eligible for delivery within the Continental U.S. on the next business day. If you order an item with the Overnight Shipping option after 12 noon PST, Monday - Friday, the item will usually ship on the following business day, requiring a total of two business days for delivery. For example, an order received after 12 noon on Monday may be delivered on Wednesday. An order received after 12 noon on Friday may be delivered on Tuesday. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Address Verification
We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family member, please be sure your name is on the account.
Alternative Shipping Addresses
We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. (Doing this will speed up the order process) When our early fraud prevention department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will then be placed on hold so you may register the alternate shipping address and notify us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please note that the billing party on your credit card statement will appear as Mouawad USA.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
International Deliveries
Shipments to overseas destinations require more processing and security due to recent changes in shipping regulations.
To determine international delivery rates, you must add the item to your cart and complete the delivery address fields. The amount will be automatically calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed in the cart. All prices are U.S. Dollars.
Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. International orders can be delayed in customs or by your country's postal service. We ship all international orders by Freight On Board. That is, we guarantee that packages sent to international destinations are put on board the shipping transit service. From there, however, we are not able to track your shipment or take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. We are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.

Return Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.
To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
